We proudly welcome tenants like E-Drift, the electric karting company, who share our values.<br><br><\/li><li class=\" translation-block\">Our green building strategy includes sustainable renovations for clients such as Basic Fit, Action at D\u00e9ols, and the Arizona office building in Toulouse.<br><br><\/li><li class=\" translation-block\">In partnership with SMEG, we're deploying EVzen fast electric vehicle charging stations across our sites.
