Behind this conquering, independent group lies a Toulouse-based family history and a heritage spanning more than 35 years.

It all began with a man driven by a passion for the real estate industry.

1972

"At that time, everything was positive, and entrepreneurship was straightforward; all one needed was passion and hard work.”

In 1972, after obtaining the title of Architect DPLG and Urban Planner from IEJUC, Gérard Teychené decided to venture into business. His reputation quickly grew, and he welcomed seven new collaborators into his team.

In 1978, he became a promoter and, at the same time, a tennis builder. Despite remarkable success, Gérard Teychené decided to sell his company to invest, alongside a Spanish partner, in hotels in the Balearic Islands and Spain. Together, they became Europe's first resellers of timeshares.

From that point on, Gérard Teychené built a significant portfolio of commercial real estate, encompassing residential properties, businesses, and other commercial spaces.

The severe real estate crisis hit in 1991, but instead of retreating, Gérard Teychené decided to take a bold step forward and expand his investments on a larger scale. Making a significant pivot from being a Promoter, he transformed into an Investor.

In a daring move, he acquired all the real estate assets of the Bissy Group, which included over 1000 apartments and several thousand square meters of school buildings. Within just one year, he successfully turned around the group's deficit and set it on a new path to prosperity.
