In collaboration with Ademe (Agency for Ecological Transition), we initiated an eco-friendly transition in 2022 that aligns with the objectives of the July 2019 Tertiary Decree.

C’est pourquoi nous avons entamé, dès 2022 et grâce à notre relation privilégiée avec l’Ademe (Agence de la Transition Ecologique), une transition écologique qui répond aux objectifs du Décret Tertiaire de juillet 2019.

Our client club offers advantageous rates for electric bikes, encouraging sustainable mobility choices. Together, we transform constraints into opportunities, driving positive change for a greener future.

At Financière Teychené, we make conscious choices to support eco-friendly initiatives. We proudly welcome tenants like E-Drift, the electric karting company, who share our values.
Our green building strategy includes sustainable renovations for clients such as Basic Fit, Action at Déols, and the Arizona office building in Toulouse.
In partnership with SMEG, we're deploying EVzen fast electric vehicle charging stations across our sites. Eventually, there will be around 1300 charging points distributed across 188 locations in France and Belgium.
Exploring further sustainability, we're studying the installation of photovoltaic panels on some of our properties.
Additionally, for properties affected by the BACS Decree, we provide guidance to tenants and ensure our buildings are equipped with heating and cooling control systems, reducing our carbon footprint and complying with regulations.
