In a strategy aimed at strengthening the Group's financial position and facing new challenges (pandemic, rising interest rates, etc.), we have been conducting targeted asset sales since 2020.
The focus is exclusively on mature assets or, in some cases, on properties requiring significant renovations to be successfully re-marketed.
Our main objective is to optimize sale prices, rather than pursuing a high volume of transactions.
Since 2020, thanks to this opportunistic approach, we have achieved a total of 280 million euros in sales, encompassing over 40 assets, with a majority located in France.
These achievements stem from a well-established strategy built upon our expertise and deep understanding of the sector. They enable the Group to adapt to the market and new economic eras, ensuring the sustainability of its portfolio and a strong financial position for reinvestment in the future. These successes further reinforce its rightful position as the leading non-listed private real estate company in France.
