The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "GTCU") is to define the conditions of access and use of the website accessible at www.financiere-teychene.com and the various services offered therein (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") published by Groupe Financière Teychené (hereinafter referred to as "We").

Access to and use of the Site are subject to compliance with these GCU by each Internet user browsing all or part of the Site (hereinafter the "User"), who fully undertakes to comply with them for as long as he or she uses said Site.

In the event of disagreement with the terms of these GCU, the User must immediately cease using the Site.

Site access

The User may access the Site freely and without charge, without registering or creating an account. However, the cost of accessing and using the telecommunications network remains at the User's expense.

The User acknowledges that he/she has the skills and resources required to access and use the Site; in particular, he/she acknowledges that he/she has checked that the hardware used to connect to the Site (computer, smartphone, etc.) is virus-free and in perfect working order.
